They're more versatile. No dark or nonstick pans. You should also pick up a can of Pam for Baking, which has flour in it. The original product of this sort is called Baker's Joy, but I find it sprays in blobs and doesn't work as well as Pam for Baking. And rolls of Reynolds parchment paper are in the same area as aluminum foil and wax paper. When is his birthday? Isn't this exciting? :) Yes, 9″ round aluminum pans, preferably with 2″ sides.
