		<description>Yes, 9&quot; round aluminum pans, preferably with 2&quot; sides. They&#039;re more versatile. No dark or nonstick pans. 

You should also pick up a can of Pam for Baking, which has flour in it. The original product of this sort is called Baker&#039;s Joy, but I find it sprays in blobs and doesn&#039;t work as well as Pam for Baking. And rolls of Reynolds parchment paper are in the same area as aluminum foil and wax paper.

When is his birthday? Isn&#039;t this exciting? :)</description>
