Cartoon of the week – 4/1

It’s about time. The US Government has finally honored the famed Tuskegee Airmen after, oh, 60 years or so.

I’m still wondering why this didn’t happen much earlier, but especially while William Jefferson Clinton, who prides himself on good relations with the African-American community, was president. But at least it did happen, Thursday, and the Mobile Register was on top of it.
