It sometimes seems as if there’s nothing Wall Street likes better than bad news. Friday morning the Labor Dept. announced the jobless rate rose, as expected, to 4.5%, up from 4.4% the month before. The Dow responded with yet another record close, at 13,264.62. The day before, The Salt Lake Tribune put the market gains into perspective.

So, do you have any wisdom to share on cooking a huge rack of spare ribs in the oven? We were given this amazing and beautiful HUGE rack, and I was gonna do my usual internet search on how to cook it! (((((HUGS))))) sandi~Y’all have great day, too!

I’m not a big fan of pork and only make ribs about once a decade. Sorry…I failed you!
