It’s finally starting to feel like primary time, a bit late this go-round. Yard signs and bumper stickers have been late to appear — I’ve seen one of each for Ron Paul and one huge, next-to-an-interstate sign for Rudy Giuliani. That’s it. [Afternoon yard sign update: two Romneys, one McCain] I’ve seen a couple TV spots for Mitt Romney and saw a Hillary commercial, not on a news channel but on the Food Network. Take from that what you will.
Maybe New Hampshire voters are just waiting for someone to excite them. Someone who can draw a crowd.
If so, I don’t think that candidate is Republican Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas. In fact, I’m willing to bet my favorite wire whisk. Check out this photo from a speech Link has expired he gave in New Hampshire on Tuesday to see what I mean.
