		<description>I think sweet potatoes (which I hate, btw, along with butternut squash) would be fine. Squash probably would be too, but I wouldn&#039;t use both. You&#039;ll have better results with just one, especially if making your own puree, because the consistency will be the same. Somewhat like buying skeins of yarn from the same dye lot.

This is a very, very good pie and amazes people because it&#039;s just different enough.</description>

		<description>Oh boy....this sounds great.  Do you see any drawbacks to using steamed mashed sweetpotatoes in place of the pumpkin?  I try not to use canned, and haven&#039;t had a chance to cook down the several I&#039;ve collected after Halloween.
