Just got back from Boulder where I had a devine breakfast of Pappas Fritas -- layer of hash browns covered in green chili, melted cheese, and topped off with two fried eggs and served with a warm flour torilla on the side with some guacomole. I guess a used up a couple of my Weight Watchers points on that one. . .</description>
