It is so good! I have used ground turkey, meatloaf mix, and sweet Italian sausage in mine (not all at the same time). I also had to use mozarella. It just felt right. :) I've been reading your blog for a while. You pie crust recipe is excellent, and I made my first pie crust using your instructions. It turned out great. Thank you.
