A reminder the new season of Top Chef begins tomorrow night, March 12, at 10/9c on Bravo. Season 4 is from Chicago and the first episode will run 1:15 the first two plays then one hour thereafter. A Season 3 marathon begins tomorrow morning at 8.
Judges for the first episode are said to include Anthony Bourdain and Rocco DiSpirito. At some point, Season 3 winner Hung Huynh (who’s doing a one-month stint in a kosher restaurant) will be a guest judge.
The new contestants’ first Quickfire Challenge is to make — what else in Chicago? — deep dish pizza. Here’s a preview.

This show looks awesome.
I don’t know if I mentioned this before, but I’d like to learn to cook, and watching this kind of videos like encourage me to do it. Maybe one thing that really prevents me from wanting to cook is the thought of cleaning after… lazy me (thanks for tv dinner)
