		<description>So I finally got around to making this... I used the crushed pineapple, cilantro, cuke, and some vidalia onion (I just can't have salsa without some onion)  Delicioso - very fresh tasting, loved the lime juice!</description>

		<description>Hi, Stella. I think a cuke -- the younger/milder the better in this case -- would be fine. I thought of adding some since I forgot to get radishes (duh) but used it in a salad instead.

Let me know how it goes. I have a little left and some rub left so I think I'm going to try them with pork tonight.</description>
