I love trivia too and knew about the Tunnel of Fudge connection for a long time (and the story of that recipe is almost worth a post of its own) but hadn't heard about the actual genesis of the pan till I read his obit all those years ago. The factoids stayed with me. It's too nippy too soon for my taste, but I hope you found something here chili-wise. I have 2 chili recipes on my Try Soon list and one is vegetarian. I love trivia too and knew about the Tunnel of Fudge connection for a long time (and the story of that recipe is almost worth a post of its own) but hadn’t heard about the actual genesis of the pan till I read his obit all those years ago. The factoids stayed with me.

It’s too nippy too soon for my taste, but I hope you found something here chili-wise. I have 2 chili recipes on my Try Soon list and one is vegetarian. I’ll email it to you.
