I'll look forward to that. The Conservative Mayor of London, Boris Johnston, has himself undergone a bit of a Damascene conversion to ecological causes since election last May. He has always been a professed and outspoken climate change denier, but now faces the responsibility of implementing the city's environmental plan. A brave new initiative followed in response. Boris now tells us that we should all build roof terraces. Imaginatively radical or what?
